Refund Policy
1. General Policy
F&P Trading AG provides consulting and advisory services. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are generally not granted once the service has been performed, either in full or in part.
2. Prepaid Services
For services purchased in advance:

Refunds may be considered only if the service has not yet been initiated.

Once work has commenced, fees become non-refundable, in whole or in proportion to the work already performed.
3. Cancellation by the Client
If a client wishes to cancel a service:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@fp-trading.ch.

If cancellation occurs before the start of the service, a refund may be issued, subject to administrative costs.

If cancellation occurs after the start of the service, no refund will be granted for work already carried out.
4. Cancellation by the Company
F&P Trading AG reserves the right to cancel or suspend services under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

non-compliance with agreed terms

lack of required cooperation from the client
In such cases, any refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually. Approval of any refund remains at the sole discretion of F&P Trading AG.
6. Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact us directly at info@fp-trading.ch to resolve any concerns before initiating disputes with payment providers.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication on the website.
